Gradient Stamping with MoYou London
Hello, lovely readers! Today’s post is about something I’ve already posted on Instagram, but I have more photos and details to share. Hope you don’t mind.
I’ve been wanting to try a gradient in my stamping (blending two or more colors on the plate) and was inspired by a Tervis cup I have that’s clear with a blue to green zebra print. I thought this might work on my nails, so I gave it a shot.
I had a little trouble at first figuring out how to get the colors to blend. I tried a few different techniques and finally found one that worked for me. I love how the colors blended and I will definitely use this technique again.
Overall, I’m happy with this mani, but I kind of wish I would have done a white base instead of the nude. I’m kinda diggin’ the silver accent though.
Here are the details:
Polishes used: Zoya “Taylor” (nude), “Trixie” (silver), “Ling” (blue), & “Tilda” (green).
Stamping plate: MoYou London Pro XL plate 04
Topcoat: Glisten & Glow HK Girl fast drying topcoat
Hope you like this one. Let me know what you think.
